My workouts are missing
Furlong reads from Apple Health. Open the Health app, go to your profile, then Apps, then Furlong, and make sure every category is turned on. Then, in Furlong, open Settings, tap Sync from Health and choose Full re-sync.
A workout from my Apple Watch hasn't appeared yet
Workouts land in Furlong once Apple Health has them on your iPhone, which can take a minute after you finish. Opening Furlong triggers a fresh check.
Can I delete a workout?
Swipe left on it in Activities, or use the menu on the activity screen. This hides it in Furlong only. Apple Health is not changed.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone and in Apple Health. Furlong has no account and sends nothing to us. See the privacy policy for details.
